APARTMENT HOUSE   -  " ŽARKO "

DESTINATION:  smaller village called Staniči -  3,5 km far from Omiš

House is situated in the centre of Staniči village about 200m far from the main beach Vela Luka. You do not walk cross the main road! 

Apartment house is situated in the southern hill with a nice sea view with own garden and with 1 apartment only!

There is an older equipment in the house but  you will have a guaranty of calm private holiday time...

DISTANCE TO:  sea : 50m,  beach : 70-80m, centre : 100m, restaurant : 80-150m, market : 100m

(These metres are approximately only!)

PARKING:  private fenced parking place next to the house

WAY TO THE BEACH:   combination pavement  + stairs  

BEACH:  nice pebble beach with gentle entry to water. The central beach called Vela Luka is about 200m far,

2x bedroom with double bed and single bed, 1x bedroom with double bed, 1x living room with sofa bed, 2x bathroom with WC,

1x single WC, big kitchen, own garden with barbecue grill
